-    provide secretarial support to General Manager and a pool of senior managers
-    perform routine clerical duties including, but not limited to, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic file
-    deal with internal and external clients in a professional manner
-    assist in handling all office administration works such as office layout planning, renovation, maintenance and security, health and safety issues, and office automation purchase, etc
-    conduct research, comply data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to executives, committees, and boards of directors
-    provide translation service for project documents, Board Minutes, general correspondences, and technical materials, etc.
-    translate approximate or exact message of speaker into English/Chinese, or vice versa
-    act as interpreter during business meetings and customer visits when necessary

- University graduates majoring in Business Administration, English, or any related discipline
- Must achieve English level in TEM 8 or CET 6 or above
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, or 2 years in translation / interpretation
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft products
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English is MUST
- Mature, independent, and efficient with high sense of responsibility
- Pleasant and flexible personality and be a strong team player
- Previous experience in translating technical, legal, environmental, and natural resources related documents would be an advantage

-    administratively report to General Manager and functionally report to Financial Controller to assist in the implementation of accounting systems
-    perform cost control and monitor general accounting for management and project office; perform monthly financial closing and reconciliation of accounts
-    be responsible for the filing of accounting records and processes the accounting data used for drafting the balance sheet and the accounting statements
-    manage the Finance Department and the cash flow of the plant operations
-    coordinate with Financial Controller to organize internal audits under the corporate direction

-    possess a bachelor degree major in accounting/finance and be a PRC qualified accountant
-    have 4+ years of finance/accounting experience with JV or foreign companies, preferable with 2 years of management experience in a JV finance department
-    well-versed in accounting/tax requirements and regulations in PRC
-    solid experience in supervising plant operational accounting
-    project acquisition experience will be an advantage
-    minimum travel within the region may be required
-    fluent in Mandarin and English is a MUST
-    analytical, proactive and independent


-    report directly to General Manager and work closely with the regional HR Manager
-    manage all human resources activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance appraisal management, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, human resources planning, training and development, and staff relations
-    ensure integrity and security of confidential employee data
-    implement HR policies and procedures to local practice in compliance with the corporate guideline and requirements
-    promote good ethics and strong team spirit amongst different level of staff in the company
-    coordinate with Learning & Development department to organize regional and local training for all staff memebers and give support to system users
-    prepare HR reports in a regular basis based on corporate instruction and models
-    be responsible for ad hoc assignments directed by General Manager

-    University graduates majoring in human resource management or any related discipline
-    English level in CET 6 or above with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience
-    Strong people management and interpersonal communication skills
-    Good command in using Microsoft applications
-    Excellent in both written and spoken English
-    Mature, independent, and efficient with high sense of responsibility
-    Pleasant and flexible personality who can be a strong team player
